Project Brief- Tunnel Sterilizer Controls Upgrade
Motivated by damage caused by a runaway temperature zone, a major pharmaceutical packaging company required that their existing relay control be replaced with a reliable PLC control and touch screen panel.
QSPEC Solutions investigated and analyzed the existing system and recommended new controls. We then implemented the recommended system, which utilized an Allen Bradley PLC and Wonderware InTouch HMI application.
